The Confident Leadership Workshop is designed to provide a framework for new leaders to develop as executives who inspire and engender confidence and trust through their interactions with others. The approach is multi-dimensional and modularized; with six modules to choose from. A typical workshop includes three of the six modules, delving into areas for development considered most critical to building confident leaders in your organization.
