Sandy Kiley, Managing Director

Sandy joined BRANDspeak with 20+ years in management consulting and professional services roles, garnering extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams, driving systemic process improvements, and enabling the growth and development of her many team members. During her management consulting career, she held positions in the US and Europe serving numerous Fortune 500 companies.

As a hands-on leader, Sandy has seamlessly become a valued member of our team where she is oft requested to help our clients drive change – be it in individual leadership coaching programs or organization-wide change efforts. Sandy is masterful at drawing others in to create a truly collaborative, dynamic teaming experience, while owning and driving to tangible outcomes.

When Sandy works in one-on-one coaching programs, she quickly builds a trusting connection with rising leaders and executives. She helps individuals overcome blind spots so that they can elevate their leadership presence and influence, improve their communication skills, and develop compelling leadership brands.

Before joining BRANDspeak, Sandy was Senior Vice President of Intermedix, a technology provider serving the healthcare industry, where she created and led the centralized Professional Services Department. In that role, she established their robust onboarding methodology and processes, and personally hired, coached, and mentored the team to enable a talent-development team culture.

Sandy cut her teeth at PwC where she rose through the ranks to Senior Manager, leading large engagement teams and partnering with clients across the consumer and technology practices.

Sandy’s tireless energy also underpins her many ‘extracurricular’ activities. As a lifelong learner, she recently completed her Masters in Public Health at UCLA and mentors college students in their public health internships. She is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys yoga, canyon hikes, and Spartan races. She is deeply involved at the NoHo Home Alliance and is a member of the Neighborhood Council for the Homeless in the San Fernando Valley. An East Coast native, she and her family are currently based in Los Angeles.
