Marta came to BRANDspeak with a wealth of leadership experience spanning many roles and industries over 30+ years. Marta served as a c-suite communications and marketing executive on leadership teams for global corporations and professional services organizations across a diverse set of industries.
In these roles, her love and passion for helping executive leaders lean into their true brilliance emerged, which led her to BRANDspeak as a means to dedicate the next chapter of her career to this purpose. Leveraging her domain expertise in marketing and communications, strategy, governance and driving intentional cultures, Marta brings about a valuable and sought after set of skills to the BRANDspeak clients she advises, coaches, and teams with.
Described as an empathetic leader with the right combination of heart and backbone, Marta is a big believer in the role Emotional Intelligence plays in effective leadership and company results. Marta is a certified GENOS EI practitioner and brings practical frameworks and behaviors to clients on how to build and sustain key EI competencies for increased employee engagement and performance.
Marta has a long history of hiring and growing leaders. She has a resolute focus in bringing out the best in people and is seen as a trusted advisor who has an engaging way of drawing others in to create a deep and authentic engagement. Having built and led Corporate Communications departments during her career, Marta brings to her work a unique set of strategic and practical applications to help her clients drive business imperatives.
Marta, a dual Italian and US citizen, spends her vacation time in Italy with her extended family enjoying the bounties and beauty of Tuscany. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband Tim and son Vincenzo.
