Pat brings deep expertise in leadership development and organizational effectiveness to BRANDspeak, drawing on 30+ years working in Fortune 100 corporations and in one of the nation’s top ten executive MBA programs. With a strategic focus on the development of senior leadership, Pat helped to build an internationally recognized corporate university which trained 3500 executives each year. Drawing on her experience implementing change management, Pat supported the creation of organizational processes to embed compliance and ethics practices and in helping organizations address issues related to diversity and inclusion. As a coach and trainer, Pat utilizes a variety of assessment tools to identify strengths and develop key leadership skills. Pat is certified in the use of the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Hogan Assessment as well as other instruments and she is well versed in the latest organizational development and change-management tools.
A strong believer in the power of good communication skills, she frequently works with trainers to improve their abilities in facilitation. Additional areas of expertise include developing training initiatives to support women in leadership and diversity advancement. A long-time resident of the Chicago area, Pat volunteers her time as a “reading buddy” at her neighborhood school and as a career advisor to recent college grads. She is active as chair of the National Advisory Council of her alma mater. Avocations include baking cupcakes , reading fiction and keeping up with Netflix. Personal time is spent with family, friends and her rescue dogs.
