As President of Nadine Guber & Associates, Nadine spent 20+ years helping major corporations identify, acquire and retain top talent and worked with individuals to unleash their leadership potential. At BRANDspeak, she generates powerful, sustainable outcomes by capitalizing on her knowledge of human psychology, deep understanding of organizational cultures and laser focus on the specific developmental needs of each participant.
As a coach, Nadine is driven to impart practical wisdom which empowers executives to improve their leadership effectiveness, elevate their presence and influence, sharpen their communications skills and enable them to think more strategically. Nadine has served as chair of the AWNY (Advertising Women of New York) Career Council as well as participated in The Mentoring Program. She and her husband Allen split their time between New York City and Boca Raton, Florida.
