Judith is a seasoned and highly sought-after coach with extensive experience developing talent from the C-suite to emerging leaders in some of the most elite global firms. With a unique background in both business and theater arts, Judith leverages numerous techniques on behalf of business executives seeking to elevate their communication skills, develop compelling leadership brands, expanded followership and overall leadership effectiveness.
Working across topics at BRANDspeak, Judith also conducts Leadership Assessments, team development, and group trainings. Judith believes that self-awareness and confidence are the two most critical soft-skills leaders can acquire, and always begins programs with those building blocks.
Prior to joining BRANDspeak in 2008, Judith was a retail and cosmetics executive where she led a hundred person sales and marketing team for one of the largest premium goods retailers in the United States while concurrently helping to shape their people development practices.
Judith and her husband Jonathan, a professional violinist, live in Los Angeles with their three children and two energetic retrievers.
